Want to Read saving…. Kalachka, pretending to be on same side, kills Leader and Emir. As he learns what is happening, so do we. I actually listened to it on Audible which made it come to life even more.

I have something else in mind for you. Harvath will save the world from destruction again—this time from an ancient Roman biological weapon the badie guys found in the Alps. No doubt about it, many of the the action scenes were exciting and well written, but the existence of the weapon and how it survived was brush stroke and questionable at best, the connection between the weapon and the intra-Muslim faith tensions too self-serving; and the various political conspiracies way too convenient.
This premise is interesting, but it lacks the action and stamina of the first books. The science and the history used in th I was a little skeptical when I started reading this book because recommendations for Brad Thor had come from people who also liked Brad Meltzer and Andrew Gross and I found their work to be less satisfying that I would have liked. Brad Thor Movies are in the works. A host of new and intriguing characters keep the story fresh and thkr.

Harvath must go out alone and try to stop a deadly biological weapon from being distributed in America. If you get lucky occasionally some of these books can switch between the two categories seamlessly without affecting your overall enjoyment of any of the book.

Caught live on Al Jazeera in an off-the-books operation, Scot Harvath’s career has been terminated and he is forced to go to ground as the president bows to pressure from a ruthless senator with her sights set on the White House. It is fascinating to think that some of Hannibal’s soldiers might have been preserved in ice along the route through the Alps. This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers.
There are too many other quality writers in this space like Vince Flynn for me to waste any more time with this series. Without support from his government, Harvath must accept help from the Uncle of the kidnapped scientist whom he doesn’t trust and beautiful Molecular Biologist Jillian Alcott.
